The
Intensive Emotional Awareness Training (I-EAT) consists of two
different small group workshops (they vary in intensity) that are
designed to create breakthroughs leading to deep change for people
struggling with issues related to emotional eating. The I-EAT
experience will help people to significantly change their relationship
to food, diets, and eating behaviors once and for all.
The
I-EAT moves people through previously under-recognized obstacles and
impasses so they no longer find themselves blocked in their efforts to
achieve a permanent and healthy change in lifestyle. The
change work begins by getting people to fully understand where their
cravings and self-sabotaging behaviors come from. Once the source is
clearly identified and understood people are empowered through this
experiential awareness to finally be able to do something truly
different; something that is very self-supporting and that can be
maintained even in the face of future stressors or triggers.
What
makes this approach different is the proprietary "alternative" framework
for understanding how human emotions actually work. This framework was
developed over the past 17 years by Dr. Lukens. Although the theory is
complex and requires a rather radical shift in perspective, we have
found that the ideas can be conveyed in a manner that allows people to
directly access its validity in the realm of their own experience,
without having to fully grasp all of the "science" behind it.
You must call for upcoming intensives.
